Do you need to go through Probate? Did your mom, dad, sibling, spouse, or adult child pass away as the sole owner of a property without an estate plan? We can help you for 70% less than most attorneys, in certain situations:
The decedent does or does not have a Last Will and Testament. If the decedent has a Last Will and Testament, it is the original Will with wet signatures and is witnessed by two people, or it is a handwritten Holographic Will; you have the contact information of everyone mentioned in the Will and they are cooperative and willing to sign waivers.
If the decedent did not have a Last Will and Testament, we can still help, especially with these situations:
Your parent passed away and you are an only adult child without a predeceased sibling.
You are an only child with a predeceased sibling, but you are in contact with your niece and or nephew, who is/are the adult children of your predeceased sibling. You, and they, if applicable, are going to share the property according to the laws of succession or will assign the inherited interest without coercion. You have their contact information, they are cooperative, and willing to sign waivers.
Your sibling passed away and did not have any children and both of the decedent’s parents have passed away; you and your siblings, if any, are sharing the estate equally or will assign the inherited interest without coercion. You have their contact information, they are cooperative, and willing to sign waivers.
Your adult child passed away and they did not have children. You, and the other parent, if still living, are sharing the estate, or will assign the inherited interest without coercion. You have their contact information, they are cooperative, and willing to sign waivers.
Your adult child passed away, they did not have children, and you are the only surviving parent.
Your spouse passed away, and the children of the deceased spouse are all adults, who may or may not want a distribution from the deceased parent’s estate. You have their contact information, they are cooperative, and if applicable, they are willing to sign waivers.
In all cases, there are no missing heirs or beneficiaries, you have the certified death certificate, and you are a resident of the United States.
